How to Book

To book a Personal Training session with Belinda

  1. Scroll down to the calendar that suits the time you want to book (all sessions are 60 minutes) - there are two calendar options: 
    - Off-Peak (Before 4 pm)
    - Peak (After 4 pm)

  2. Choose the day and time that suits you

  3. Add your details and click "Submit"

  4. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details

No suitable time available? Message Belinda, to request a specific time.

Monday to Friday.

We accept both card and cash payments. For card payments, there's an additional fee of $1 plus 1.9%.
