We are all different and there is no one perfect answer to suit everyone's fitness goals. That’s why we believe in personal training, this way we get to know your challenges, and fitness habits to work with you in developing priorities and set goals.

  • Our clients complete 5-week training blocks, progressing week by week to achieve excellent results.

  • Initially, we focus on fundamental movements and building a general base line fitness and skillset. From there, we will identify your strengths and lean into them and hone in on any limitations to  further enhance your true potential. We all have strengths and weaknesses and have found focusing on the good more often leads to the best outcomes.

  • Help fitting exercise into your life - In today's age, we are busy and pulled into many directions. This is why we run a tight ship with our schedule and encourage you to do the same. Having a booking on a re-occuring basis is vital to creating a long and healthy habit.

  • We follow the scientific method - this provides reliable improvements in performance metrics. So much so that we've enen had clients from complete begginer work their way up to national level powerlifting. Most national level powerlifters have highly specialised coaches. We help everyone and for those that follow our advice achieve crazy outcomes.

​

  • A collaborative approach - this means it takes two to tango. Like the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. We will show you and guide you but you have to do the work. But don't be worried, hard work is worth it and we ease you into it and work with you to help increase your joy for the exercises we choose with you.

​

  • Training effectively is hard, really hard!! This shouldn't deter you but infact encourage you to come see us. It's exactly why enlisting with a personal trainer like Brendan or Belinda is vital. We will push you and we push ourselves regularly and know exatly what it's like. On the bright side of that, it can actually be really fun pushing hard and then laughing with us about how challanging it was, it's bragging rights and great comradery.

Brendan has a Diploma of Fitness from Holmesglen and a passion for physiology and effective training.
